Target Group:
Real Estate developers/ Builders; properties/ Partnership/ LLP/ Company. New connection CRA Ratings SB-6, existing SB-7 or better.
Purpose:
Construction of residential projects.
Facility:
OD facility for tenure less than 36 months, else term loan
Quantum:
min Rs.1.00cr, max 5 time of NOF (maxium 70% of the peakdeficits as per cash flow)
Rate of Interest:
Interest rate is linked to CRA Rating of the unit less 100bps, additional consession for collatral cover above 50% available. additional 25bps consession if HL Penetration >30%.
Upfront Fee:
1.00% to 1.40% + GST. Annual review charges at 0.20% on the outstating amount.
Other:
DSRA 3 months, No prepayment penalty if the principal is prepaid from the sales proceeds of the project or equity infusion.
